Global Opportunities (GO) Capital Asset Management B.V. (Manager) is a Dutch based hedge fund manager with a license of the Dutch Authority for Financial Markets (AFM).

On 25 September 2000 the Manager has registered the Global Opportunities Fund (“GO Fund”), a contractual investment fund. On 17 December 2009, the Manager has decided to dissolve and liquidate this Fund.

On 28 January 2009, the Manager started the European Opportunities Fund (EO Fund), a contractual investment fund.

The net asset value per 31 August 2010 amounts to :

European Opportunities Fund: Eur 112.84 (EUR 119.54 per 31 Dec 2009)

 

 

Global Opportunities Fund: Eur 18.05 * per 31 August 2010 (Eur16.13 per 31 December 2009)

*In 2009 three liquidation payments of the GO Fund have been made in total of EUR 209 per participation. This represents around 90% of the net asset value of the GO Fund per 31 December 2008 (Eur230.97).
